About the Role

This position involves assembling, making operational, ready to operate, and maintaining wind turbines under contract to ensure efficient operation and maximum customer satisfaction.

• Performing preventive maintenance, checking, and testing the operation of wind turbines or components according to current rules or work instructions.
• Troubleshooting and repairing failure where possible.
• Assembling components and main components according to current rules or work instructions if necessary using internal or external cranes.
• Doing various electrical works such as electrical connections, failure analysis, and maintenance.
• Doing various mechanical works such as assembly and maintenance of mechanical parts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience or degree in electricity or mechanics. You are also eager to develop your skills within these areas.
• Hydraulic experience is an added advantage.
• Professional experience in this area.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good English communication skills.
• Driver's license class B.
• Living in Belgium or close to Maldegem area (50 km) or willing to relocate on own expense.
